Whats The Most Complicated Washer To Work?
There doesn’t appear to be a Guinness World Record for the trickiest machine to control, but up there has to be the appliances required for keyhole surgery. A paper published in 2009 in the medical journal, the Lancet, found that it was much more difficult for trainee surgeons to use laparoscopic techniques than normal surgery.
It also takes some serious skill to operate a fighter jet, especially low level flight training when bombing across the terrain at heights of under 50 metres. Naval fliers probably have the hardest task of all. Attempting to land on an aircraft carrier must be one of the biggest challenges anyone can face. Piloting a contraption hurtling towards the ground at 150mph and landing on a strip of tarmac that is pitching just 45 metres long is not for the faint hearted!
Those pale into insignificance though compared with the average bloke faced with driving a washing machine when the partner is off for a day. It doesn’t seem to matter what the brand or price range is either. Bosch washing machines seem to be as mysterious as lg washing machines in the eyes of the male of the species. Guys who pilot 300 seat aircraft or perform laser eye surgery can be seen poring over an instruction manual or staring blankly at the various knobs and dials while the baby’s nappies stink in the wash basket.
Even the more popular makes like Miele washing machines, which seem to be the washing machine of choice for fitted kitchens or rental properties, can be just as baffling! Maybe it’s genetic thing? Men just aren’t programmed to do the washing. Perhaps it’s a nurture thing? Using a washing machine is women’s work. Whatever the reason, I’d far rather land on one of our two proposed aircraft carriers (if they ever get built!) than open myself up to a potential earful from the other half should I accidentally put her best undies in a high wash!!
