Work bench, hand files and gaskets for the professional watch maker
The Bergeon PLA Work Bench Top is a Swiss made, high quality tool that is really useful for watch makers. It has two arm rests in black imitation leather where the person working can rest his hands/ arms for more comfort and grip while working. This unit weighs 11 kilos and is heavy and strong. The work bench is designed in such a way that it can be made to rest on any existing frame securely. It has one storage drawer where tools and spare parts can be stored at the centre. It has a high rise edging all around so that tools and parts do not roll away while working. The work area is covered with a durable, green hard plastic. It has a comfortable size of 81.5 cm * 52 cm * 6.7 cm and it is ergonomically designed so that the person working can keep and retrieve tools in a handy manner. There is no question of misplacing items and then hunting for them with the work bench having ample storage. All these features increase comfort of functioning for the watch maker.
The Assorted six piece Needle File Set has six files that can cover all the most standard filing needs. The files are precision made and can be used to file even delicate parts. Half round, round, round square, triangular and warding are the file types included in this set. There is a 12 piece assorted set of files which has round edge joint, Barrette, Knife, Crossing, Slitting and Pipping file types apart from the six file types found in the six piece set. With the Bergeon Assortment of 12 Escapement files, which are specialist files, the precise filing requirements of escapements can be easily met. These files come in a steel tube. The Bergeon Assortment of 12 round second hole files come with a round profile and are ued to file second hands. They too come encased in a steel tube.
Anchor Ring Gasket Silicon Grease Applicator is ideal for applying the right amount of sealing grease to gaskets. It cleans as the lid is turned thus ensuring that excess grease is not applied. The Bergeon Flat Rubber Gaskets are used for water proof watches and comes in an assortment of 120 pieces in a pack each gasket having a thickness of .05 mm. The Generic Micro Gaskets are available for use on cases, pushers and crowns. They come in popular sizes. ISO Swiss Micro Gaskets are also available for this. The O-Ring Flat Rubber Gaskets are specially made for Quartz watch case backs. These are available as assorted sizes to fit all kinds of watches.
