Where can I buy pre-drilled dominos or domino-size tiles?
I’d like to a make a necklace by decoupaging on tiles but I can’t find anything like what I’m looking for in craft stores. Any ideas?
You want them for beads right? Aren’t dominoes just made of wood? Drill them your self it is easy, just get a bit long enough. If you know someone with a drill press it would be easier.
You use two scrap pieces to sandwich the domino for stability,
Then center it, then lay two scraps flat on the bottom of the drill press next too the domino and the wood chunks and clamp them down so all the pieces are in the same spot each time you drill.
you just take the domino part out leaving the flat pieces clamped to the bottom.
If you must move one of the bottom pieces to get the domino block removed make sure it is the same one every time, and press against the other one when re-clamping to drill the next one
You can use the same method for a regular drill to hold them while you drill just make sure your drill is straight.
