What to do to become a better defensive tackle?
next year is varsity football and im kind of wondering if i should keep playing football, i saw little play time in JV, started special teams, and in the 4th qtr played D-Tackle I’m 5’6″ and about 200lb, and run a 6.4 40, pretty beefy, but also pretty muscular, should i keep playing football? if so what are some good workouts to improve my defensive skillss and whats a good target weight for my height or a target BMI
