Can Floorboards Be Sanded With A Belt Sander?
I want to sand the tongue and groove floorboards in one of the bedrooms. Can this be done with a belt sander. I cant hire a floor sander as I dont have a passport. Also would it be cheaper to do than a floor sander and what grit belts would I start with?

Yes but it takes a lot longer.
As for hiring a floor sander, I had no problem hiring one and I’ve never had a Passport.
Trust me, it’s much better to get a floor sander and something smaller to do the fiddly bits!
