Can someone teach me a technique on how to make cupcakes that has a flat top?
When i make cupcakes, i usually trim the top because it rise and cracks. I can’t get a good recipe that has a flat top when its done.
why bother? the top is the best part
just bake the cupcake, cut off the top, and find some way to use the top instead of discarding it.
other than that it’ll be hard to make them perfectly flat on top straight from the oven.
