fixing woodworking glue joints in chess board?
I am making a maple and walnut chess board and some parts of the glue joints have small gaps. What is the best way to makes these less noticeable?
You could use wood putty instead of glue, but i don’t
know if it would hold, personally i would use a hot
glue gun.
Assemble the joints, then squeeze in the hot glue
with the gun, once every joint is set hard you’ll need
to tidy up with sandpaper.
