Seattle’s neo-folk sextet Fleet Foxes is the first band to break into the mainstream that sounds like the Northwest looks now. The band is already huge in England and its new album on Seattle’s Sub Pop label, “Helplessness Blues,” may catapult the Foxes to gold-record-level stardom.
